I trained and qualified as a Bowen Therapist with The European College of Bowen Studies in 2013. From the onset of training I knew I had chosen a unique therapy. Even from the first set of case studies the improvements in peoples’ conditions were amazing and I couldn’t believe the results I was getting from this gentle and non invasive technique. The tennis elbow I’d had on and off for years disappeared completely during my period of training and I find it a lovely therapy both to give and to receive.

Because Bowen is so effective with all ages I am involved with the Children's’ Bowen Clinic in Oswestry which is open twice a month for free treatments along with other local Bowen therapists. I also do voluntary treatments twice a month at Hope House Children's’ Hospice Counselling Centre for the relatives and families affected by bereavement or have a child with a disability. Anyone really who is in need of time to themselves and would benefit from a treatment.

To keep my Bowen knowledge as up to date as possible I make sure I do one or more CPD (Continuing Professional Development) workshops a year.

Alongside Bowen I am also a qualified Reflexologist, having qualified with the Association of Reflexologists in 2008. I am also trained in Indian Head Massage.
