Thank you for your kindness and thoughtfulness. I can’t believe the difference you and the Bowen Technique have made, my back is more flexible, I can pull my shoulder back more and touch my toes – all without pain. I am headache free and have more energy and zest for life.

Elaine – to say Thank you.
For over 30 years I have suffered pain in my neck, affecting my shoulders and arms, also when walking making me adopt a poor posture restricting my ability to breathe correctly curtailing activities which I enjoy like gardening and walking, in fact, restricting a normal life. I have, over the years, tried many things to ease the pain without success. I was surprised to say at last, after only 2 sessions with you using the Bowen Technique I have been pain free and again enjoy walking, gardening, in fact leading a normal life, pain free - L.B.

Bowen Therapy Shropshire

Having strained my back twice in May and not made any progress (I could not drive for a month and was wearing a back corset a lot of the time with an aching back at night and when I got up in the morning) I consulted Elaine in August.
I saw Elaine for three sessions, each a week apart. Following the first session, my back improved considerably and the aching at night and first thing in the morning disappeared. This has not recurred.
After three sessions, my back is so much better and I am able to now do some exercises to help strengthen it so the muscle problems don’t recur.
As well as helping my back, I found the technique incredibly relaxing and felt better in myself generally. It is a non-invasive therapy and helps with many health problems, not only skeletal/muscular ones.
I totally recommend the technique and Elaine as a therapist. I am so grateful that my back problems are now a thing of the past - D.B.

12th February 2016:
I wrote my first review for Elaine back in April 2013 at which time I had received three introductory sessions of Bowen.
At the time of these sessions I was not aware of the benefits Bowen would give me in respect of my Asthma. I was taking inhalers on a daily basis backed up by Ventolin as and when required, which, prior to the treatment I would take on average 3-4 times per week. My worst periods for suffering with my Asthma would be late autumn and winter.
From the first session of Bowen I received on the 8th January 2013 and since this date, I have very rarely used my Ventolin inhaler and my breathing has been much improved. I use a Peak Flow Meter that records my lung function and this substantiated the improvement I have made since the Bowen Treatment began.
I continued over 2013 and 2014 to receive Bowen during the early and later parts of the year but have now found since 2015 that I can now reduce the treatment to my worst period, which is very late autumn/early winter.
Also my attendance twice a year at the local Asthma Clinic was reduced late in 2014 to once a year, as the nurse found sufficient evidence in my tests that my health had improved - S.W.
